We ship internationally as well offer a $20 rate for all shipments within CANADA.  All orders placed within CANADA will be shipped out of Vancouver via Express Post through Canada Post and/or Chit Chats with tracking. We are CUSMA CERTIFIED, all US orders will be shipped with certification via Chit Chats with tracking. All international orders will be shipped via courier with tracking. All orders will be provided with a tracking number to the provided email address. Each piece is individually handcrafted and requires time sensitivity to ensure the highest standard of quality, please review all processing times to ensure your parcel arrival is planned perfectly! If you have a rush order, or would like you parcel shipped with an alternate postal carrier please do inquire before ordering.

All international orders may be subject to additional duty charges or overseas import tariffs, these charges are considered separate transactions and are not the responsibility of Anita Sikma Design.

If for any reason your are unhappy with your purchase, or need to exchange for a better fit, we will gladly accept your purchase for an exchange.  All exchanges must be communicated to anita@anitasikma.com and approved within 72hrs of receiving purchase. Exchanges must be mailed back to the provided mailing address within 14 days of receiving, all merchandise must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging along with any provided receipts. The customer must provide trackable mail and is responsible for all shipping costs, duty charges/tariffs incurred, lost or undelivered packages are NOT allowed credit or any exchange. Anita Sikma Design will not accept any COD deliveries or exchanges returned without approval of shipment or outside of these terms. Anita Sikma does NOT offer or allow refunds or exchanges on any custom design contracts or orders.
