The ‘Sardine’ pendant, an homage to my late Nonna, Giuseppa Columpsi, born in 1913 in the seaside town of Cagnano Varano, Italy. Her father Cataldo fished in Lago de Varano and in the Adriatic Sea, she so often as a child slept in the boat alongside lulled by the waves. She was nicknamed ‘Peppanella Pescatred’ – Giuseppa the little fisher. All pieces are handcrafted in sterling silver.
