The ‘Mano Cornuto’ is an Italian amulet, ‘Mano’ meaning hand and ‘Corno’ meaning horn. The charm represents a hand gesture in which the index fingers are extended and pointed outward to mimic a horned head of an animal. Mano Cornuto charms are worn as protection against the evil eye.
