Custom design is a very thoughtful process that requires time as well as a practical allowance. I reserve the right to decline inquiries as well terminate a contract if the efforts to trust and communicate respectfully have been jeopardized. Please note that all quotes are subject to change if unforeseen production, supply, material or deadline changes occur.

If we agree that this is a good fit and decide to proceed, I require a non-refundable $150 consultation fee. This fee will be invoiced to the client once the form has been reviewed and decided suitable. This non-refundable fee will be used towards further planning, design renderings, sourcing materials and providing us with a more accurate quote. The consultation fee will then be applied towards our Custom Design contract and quote. All custom design contracts are non refundable.

A ‘Custom Design Contract’ will outline the design in great detail with descriptions of what is included in our contract. I require a deposit of 50% of the quote to proceed with all custom designs, once the deposit has been successfully submitted I will place you in my custom design queue. A three to eight week forecast is required for all custom design contracts. Turnaround times will vary depending on design complexity and current waitlists. I will keep you informed and involved in the carving and creative process! Once the wax sculpt is completed, an image and video of the design will need approval by the client in order to proceed with the remaining quoted amount.

If we decide to add any gemstones to the design contract a provided certificate of authenticity and fine jewelry appraisal will be provided from a graduate gemologist and master valuer. All projects are documented prior to shipping, an image/video will be sent to the client to approve the design before shipping. Shipping costs are not included in the quote and are additional fees, shipping fees are calculated and charged prior to shipping. All shipped items have provided tracking and require a signature, shipping/delivery times can not be guaranteed.
